Onze partner is een ingenieursbureau gespecialiseerd in stabiliteitsstudies. Binnen de organisatie staan kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en kennisdeling centraal, met aandacht voor inhoudelijke expertise en verdere optimalisatie van de werking.

Jobomschrijving

In deze functie werk je studies uit en neem je een actieve rol op in ontwerpbesprekingen met bouwheer, architect, aannemer, leveranciers en andere studiebureaus.

Je begeleidt en stuurt tekenaars aan, voert wapeningscontroles op de werf uit en maakt daar duidelijke verslagen van op.

Daarnaast stel je rekennota’s, meetstaten en bestekken op, controleer je plannen en uitvoeringsstukken, en bereid je werfvergaderingen voor en woon je deze bij.

Je denkt ook mee over de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor.

Dat kan gaan van het ontwikkelen van rekenbladen en standaarddetails tot het verbeteren van teken- en rekenmethodes, het opzetten van tools voor meer efficiëntie en minder fouten, en het meewerken aan een beter dossierbeheer en een gestructureerde projectadministratie.

Ook bij expertises en expertiseverslagen neem je een actieve rol op.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als stabiliteitsingenieur.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en kan dossiers met minimale begeleiding uitwerken.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt oog voor technische nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen studie, overleg en werfopvolging.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties, efficiëntie en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen het kantoor.
