The posting

Als Startende Automation Engineer werk je mee aan de automatisatie van nieuwe machines en installaties. Je bent betrokken bij de volledige automatiseringscyclus: van PLC-programmatie en SCADA tot testen, inbedrijfstelling en ondersteuning bij internationale klanten.

Als Startende Automation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Programmeren van PLC-sturingen voor nieuwe machines
  • Ontwikkelen en configureren van SCADA-toepassingen
  • Programmeren volgens de functionele beschrijving van de machine
  • Uitvoeren van functionele eindtesten vóór levering
  • Ondersteunen bij upgrades en service-interventies op bestaande machines
  • Samenwerken met elektrische engineers en projectmanagers voor de selectie van PLC- en netwerkcomponenten
  • Afstemmen van de automatiseringsplanning binnen lopende projecten
  • Internationaal reizen voor ondersteuning bij installaties en opstarten van machines (ongeveer 30%)

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste ingenieur die graag aan de slag gaat met industriële automatisatie. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, leert snel bij en werkt graag samen aan technische projecten.

Als Startende Automation Engineer beschik je over:

  • Masterdiploma Elektrotechniek, Automatisatie of een gelijkaardige opleiding
  • Sterke interesse in PLC-programmatie en industriële automatisatie
  • Kennis van elektrische schema's en het vermogen deze te lezen en interpreteren
  • Interesse in SCADA-systemen en machinebesturing
  • Affiniteit met programmeertalen zoals .NET, C++, C# of SQL is een pluspunt
  • Zelfstandige, gestructureerde en probleemoplossende werkhouding
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen (ongeveer 30% zowel binnen als buiten Europa)
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
