Als Supervisor stuur je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden aan rond liften, roltrappen en automatische deuren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, opvolging en begeleiding van de technische teams.

  • Je coördineert onderhouds-, moderniserings- en interventiewerkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de activiteiten.
  • Je vertaalt de planning naar een haalbare werkverdeling en stemt af met techniekers, klanten, onderaannemers en interne contactpersonen.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op locatie op, waakt over de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures en grijpt in wanneer nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij technische uitdagingen en helpt problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je volgt werkuren, materialen, meerwerken en projectvoortgang op en zorgt voor een correcte rapportering.
  • Je begeleidt en motiveert medewerkers, geeft feedback en stimuleert een goede samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch onderlegde en organisatorisch sterke kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische, operationele of leidinggevende omgeving. Ervaring in installatie, onderhoud, infrastructuur of bouwtechnieken is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring en kunt technische plannen, werkorders en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct interpreteren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijkertijd lopen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en respectvol met techniekers, klanten en externe partners en weet verschillende partijen op één lijn te krijgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je staat open voor opleidingen en verdere ontwikkeling binnen een evoluerende technische omgeving.
