Onze klant is een innovatief engineeringbedrijf gespecialiseerd in energiebeheer, low voltage electrical power en modulaire datacenters. Vanuit hun eigen productieomgeving ontwikkelen en realiseren ze maatoplossingen voor onder andere de telecomsector, gezondheidszorg en nutsbedrijven. Door hun sterke groei zijn ze op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planner die bestellingen, materialen en leveringen van A tot Z opvolgt.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als Supply Chain Planner bewaak je het volledige leveringstraject: van bestelling en aankooporder tot ontvangst, beschikbaarheid en tijdige levering van goederen voor productie en projecten.
  • Vertaal forecasts, productieorders, materiaalbehoeften en beschikbare capaciteit naar een haalbare planning. Je houdt daarbij rekening met personeel, grondstoffen, halffabricaten, productietekeningen en externe partners.
  • Werk de planning voortdurend bij op basis van de actuele situatie. Wanneer een levering vertraging oploopt of materialen niet beschikbaar zijn, schakel je snel en stel je de betrokken partijen een realistisch alternatief voor.
  • Stem dagelijks af met productie, projectleiding, aankoop, supply chain, service en sales. Zo ontstaat één duidelijk overzicht van de voortgang en kunnen klantleverdata betrouwbaar worden bevestigd of aangepast.
  • Volg bestellingen en purchase orders nauwgezet op: wat is besteld, wanneer wordt het geleverd, in welke hoeveelheid en volstaat dit voor de geplande productie? Je maakt ontbrekende informatie zichtbaar voordat die de uitvoering vertraagt.
  • Coördineer de activiteiten van onderaannemers en leveranciers tijdens het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat de nodige goederen en diensten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Ondersteun de maandelijkse opmaak en opvolging van een onderbouwde facturatieplanning voor de komende drie maanden, gebaseerd op de meest recente productie- en leveringsplanning.
  • Vanuit Halle draag je bij aan een groeiende engineering- en productieomgeving die oplossingen ontwikkelt voor energiebeheer en datacenterfaciliteiten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Production Manager en krijgt ruimte om de werking structureel te verbeteren.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs en hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als planner, delivery coordinator of logistiek coördinator in een productieomgeving.
  • Een goed begrip van productie-, aankoop- en leveringsprocessen helpt je om planningen niet alleen administratief op te volgen, maar ook inhoudelijk correct bij te sturen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en ERP-software. Ervaring met Navision of een vergelijkbaar systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands of Frans; kennis van het Engels is een meerwaarde wanneer je informatie afstemt met internationale partners of technische documentatie verwerkt.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid met duidelijke communicatie. Omdat je verschillende belangen en deadlines samenbrengt, zijn een methodische aanpak, stressbestendigheid en een constructieve teamhouding essentieel.
