  • Als Teamlead Cross-Dock neem je tijdens de nachtploeg de operationele leiding over een team van laad- en losmedewerkers in Erpe-Mere.
  • De dagelijkse planning en taakverdeling krijgen structuur dankzij jouw duidelijke coördinatie en aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan laad- en losactiviteiten en bewaakt tegelijk de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid van de operatie.
  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt pak je operationele vragen, afwijkingen, storingen en onveilige situaties snel en zorgvuldig aan.
  • Je volgt prestaties en doelstellingen op en stemt vlot af met collega’s, warehouseadministratie en leidinggevenden.
  • Naast je rol als teamleider ondersteun je als back-up de logistieke administratie en de verwerking van gegevens in de beschikbare systemen.
  • Verbeterideeën rond efficiëntie, veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit vertaal je mee naar praktische acties die de werking vooruithelpen.
  • Wanneer de continuïteit van de operatie dat vraagt, spring je bij in het magazijn of in de diepvriesomgeving tot -22 °C, steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en pauzevoorschriften.
  • Een opleiding of ervaring in logistiek, warehousing, productie of een vergelijkbare operationele omgeving vormt een goede basis; voor deze functie rekenen we op ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring als teamleider, ploegverantwoordelijke of coördinator is welkom. Belangrijker is dat je verantwoordelijkheid neemt, medewerkers op een respectvolle manier aanspreekt en richting geeft.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid krijgen bij jou voorrang, ook wanneer de werkdruk stijgt of processen onverwacht veranderen.
  • Je communiceert helder, blijft rustig bij operationele uitdagingen en werkt constructief samen met verschillende betrokkenen tijdens de nacht.
  • Affiniteit met pc-werk en logistieke administratie is nodig. Je leert vlot nieuwe systemen aan; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt, geen voorwaarde.
