The posting

  • Als Teamlead Customer Support stuur je het administratieve team voor Sales en Service aan en zorg je dat collega’s weten wat er wanneer moet gebeuren.
  • Je brengt structuur in de dagelijkse werking, bewaakt prioriteiten en verbetert de samenwerking tussen interne teams en externe partners.
  • De opvolging van aankoop- en verkoopprocedures ligt mee in jouw handen: je houdt acties scherp in beeld en voorkomt dat dossiers blijven liggen.
  • Je begeleidt collega’s bij het opmaken van offertes, het ingeven van bestellingen en het uitwerken van aanbestedingen, met aandacht voor volledigheid en kwaliteit.
  • Processen maak je efficiënter door knelpunten zichtbaar te maken en mee te werken aan een verdere automatisering van de administratieve werking.
  • Met coaching, duidelijke afspraken en regelmatige opvolging help je een team van ongeveer tien medewerkers om zelfstandig en vlot samen te werken.
  • Je werkt vanuit Wemmel binnen een internationale technische organisatie die oplossingen levert voor medische technologie en veiligheidstechnologie. Zo ondersteun je een serviceorganisatie die rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan een betrouwbare dienstverlening.
  • Een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in office management, accountancy, bedrijfsorganisatie of een vergelijkbare richting, vormt een goede basis voor deze rol.
  • Je brengt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring mee in een gelijkaardige administratieve, commerciële of servicegerichte functie en hebt al eerder verantwoordelijkheid opgenomen voor processen of collega’s.
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels gebruik je vlot in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie, zodat je helder kunt schakelen met collega’s en externe partners.
  • Excel kent weinig geheimen voor je en ervaring met SAP helpt je om bestellingen, procedures en opvolging efficiënt te beheren.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en prioriteiten stellen zijn belangrijk omdat je verschillende dossiers tegelijk beheert. Je samenwerkingsgerichte aanpak maakt het bovendien gemakkelijker om collega’s te coachen, te motiveren en mee te krijgen in verbeteringen.
