Het bedrijf is een stabiel en innovatief productiebedrijf binnen de verpakkingssector, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en produceren van golfkarton en kartonnen verpakkingen op maat.

Met een sterke focus op de voedingsindustrie en andere industriële klanten leveren zij kwalitatieve en duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen in binnen- en buitenland.

Als familiaal en mensgericht bedrijf zetten zij sterk in op samenwerking, continue verbetering en moderne productietechnologieën. Tegelijk hechten ze veel belang aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling van hun medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Als Teamlead Productie in Halle (VLAB, BE) speel je een cruciale rol in het dagelijkse productieproces binnen onze ploegendienst. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 20-25 operatoren binnen een drieploegensysteem en draagt zorg voor een efficiënte en veilige productie van hoogwaardige golfkartonnen verpakkingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en optimaliseren van productiewerkzaamheden, met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en innovatie. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met andere teamleiders en communiceer je direct met de productiedirecteur. Het is jouw taak om een cultuur van continue verbetering te stimuleren en bij te dragen aan een positieve sfeer op de werkvloer.

Voor deze uitdagende functie zoeken we een resultaatgerichte en betrokken leider met minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de productie- of industriële sector. Daarnaast vragen wij:

  • Een diploma op secundair onderwijsniveau of hoger (een bachelor is een pré).
  • Bereidheid om te werken in wisselende ploegen (vroege-, late- en daguren).
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en betrokkenheid op de werkvloer.
  • Stressbestendigheid en oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Kennis van lean management, 5S-methodiek of vergelijkbare procesverbeteringen.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een pré).
