Als Supervisor Productie in Geraardsbergen speel je een cruciale rol in het organiseren en aansturen van de productie- en transportafdeling. Je fungeert als schakelpunt tussen productieprocessen, transport en interne stakeholders. In deze dynamische functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van een team van 40 medewerkers en chauffeurs. Met een sterke focus op planning, optimalisatie en een coachende leiderschapsstijl draag je bij aan het behalen van operationele en strategische doelen. Je rapporteert direct aan de Unitmanager en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen.

  • Leidinggeven aan de productieafdeling om kwaliteits- en levertijden te waarborgen.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van inkomend en uitgaand transport.
  • Bijhouden en analyseren van transportdata, met het oog op verbetering.
  • Onderhouden van afspraken en contracten met externe partners.
  • Dagelijks coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van het team.
  • Monitoren van KPI’s en acteren op trends om processen te verbeteren.

Voor deze veelzijdige functie zoeken wij een gedreven professional met een mix van leiderschapsvaardigheden, operationeel inzicht en communicatieve kracht. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en te schakelen tussen verschillende uitdagingen. Dit breng jij mee:

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in productie, met leidinggevende ervaring als een pluspunt.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief met verschillende teams te werken.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om snel te beslissen.
  • Analytisch vermogen en resultaatgerichte werkwijze.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een extra voordeel.
