Jobomschrijving

Als 'Teamlead vaste namiddagploeg' speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze logistieke operaties in Asse. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van een vast team medewerkers en zorgt voor een optimale workflow binnen de namiddagploeg. Jouw focus ligt op het coachen van medewerkers, het garanderen van kwaliteit, en het creëren van een motiverende en efficiënte werkomgeving. Belangrijke taken zijn onder andere:

  • Het coachen, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van teamleden om hun competenties maximaal te benutten.
  • Het opvolgen en analyseren van de productiviteit, en zorgen voor een optimale taakverdeling.
  • Het introduceren en trainen van nieuwe medewerkers, uitzendkrachten en studenten.
  • Het coördineren van aan- en afwezigheden, met aandacht voor werklast en prioriteiten.
  • Het als contactpersoon fungeren voor interimkantoren en uitzendkrachten, inclusief planning en opvolging.
  • Het verbeteren van de logistieke processen, technische problemen oplossen en rapportages opstellen.
  • Zorgdragen voor de naleving van regels, veiligheidsnormen en procedures binnen de organisatie.

Je hebt een sleutelpositie in het waarborgen van zowel de operationele kwaliteit als de teamdynamiek.

Om succesvol te zijn in de rol van 'Teamlead vaste namiddagploeg', beschik je over sterke vaardigheden in people management, logistiek denken, en communicatie. We zoeken kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende criteria:

  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in people management, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of operationele omgeving.
  • Tweetaligheid (Nederlands en Frans) of bereidheid om intensieve taaltraining te volgen.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en flexibiliteit.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, om effectief te werken met teamleden, management en andere betrokkenen.
  • Talent voor zelfstandig werken, leiderschap, en besluitvorming.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office; SAP kennis is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met IT-systemen en stressbestendigheid.
