Als Teamlead verpakking in Ninove geef je dagelijks mee richting aan het verpakkingsproces op de patisserieafdeling, het kloppend hart van de productie. Je werkt samen met een enthousiast team in een gekoelde omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat de producten correct, tijdig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden verpakt. Daarbij combineer je operationele aanwezigheid op de vloer met een coachende rol richting de inpakoperatoren.

Je takenpakket is afwisselend en uitdagend:

  • je stuurt het verpakkingsteam aan, motiveert collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tijdens de shift
  • je volgt de planning en productwissels nauwgezet op en springt bij waar nodig
  • je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de verpakte producten en controleert etikettering, sortering en afwerking
  • je grijpt in bij kleine technische storingen en zoekt snel naar praktische oplossingen
  • je ziet toe op het naleven van veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • je ondersteunt bij pauze-aflossingen en houdt de continuïteit op de werkvloer mee in beweging
  • je neemt initiatief om de verpakkingswerking efficiënter en overzichtelijker te maken

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar eigenaarschap, teamwork en resultaatgericht werken centraal staan. De functie vraagt een duidelijke aanwezigheid op de vloer, een sterke hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om in 2 wisselende ploegen te werken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven teamleader met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring en een goed gevoel voor mensen, planning en kwaliteit. Je weet hoe je een team op een positieve manier aanstuurt en je blijft ook rustig wanneer de productie onder druk staat. Ervaring in een productie- of verpakkingsomgeving is een sterke troef, net als een praktische ingesteldheid en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw profiel:

  • je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of motiveren van een team
  • je werkt mee op de vloer en neemt tegelijk een duidelijke leidinggevende rol op
  • je bent flexibel en bereid om in 2 wisselende ploegen te werken
  • je beschikt over sterke organisatorische, communicatieve en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen
  • je kan je zelfstandig verplaatsen naar Ninove

Een diploma is minder bepalend dan jouw ervaring, motivatie en vermogen om mensen en processen op een doordachte manier te verbinden.
