Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit in de functie van teamleader laadkaai bij onze klant gelegen regio Koolskamp?

  • Aansturen en organiseren van de dagelijkse werking op de laadkaai
  • Opvolgen van laad- en losactiviteiten en bewaken van de vlotte goederenstroom
  • Plannen en bijsturen van personeel en prioriteiten op basis van de dagelijkse noden
  • Oplossen en opvolgen van operationele verstoringen en stilstanden
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het team op de laadkaai
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers en opvolgen van hun ontwikkeling
  • Communiceren van instructies, wijzigingen en operationele updates
  • Afstemmen met interne diensten zoals technische dienst, expeditie en supply chain
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking binnen de logistieke keten
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Signaleren van risico’s en meewerken aan verbeteringen in processen
  • Meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodig en flexibel inspringen bij drukte of problemen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team binnen een logistieke omgeving (productie of warehouse)
  • Ervaring op een laadkaai of binnen een distributiecentrum is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in logistieke processen en goederenstromen
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen en WCS
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider met een coachende en motiverende aanpak
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder druk
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en organisatorisch talentvol
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest (of je wil dit graag behalen)
