Jobomschrijving

Bij het bedrijf in Asse zijn ze op zoek naar een energieke en resultaatgerichte Magazijnverantwoordelijke (2 ploegen).

Als teamleider voer je een cruciale rol binnen de logistieke operaties, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het aansturen van een operationeel team. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van dagelijkse activiteiten binnen het magazijn en bewaakt kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid.

  • Het coachen, begeleiden en inspireren van medewerkers om optimale prestaties te bereiken.
  • Het geven van duidelijke werkinstructies, het monitoren van prestaties, en het optimaliseren van de productiviteit.
  • Het ondersteunen van onboarding en training voor nieuwe medewerkers en tijdelijke krachten.
  • Het beheren van personeelsbezetting, afwezigheden en werkverdeling.
  • Het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en afstemmen met collega's en leidinggevenden.
  • Het monitoren van logistieke processen en zorgen voor een soepele werking van installaties.
  • Het coördineren van personeelsplanning met interne en externe partners.
  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerde rapportages en identificeren van verbeterkansen.
  • Het toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en HR-richtlijnen.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van operationele efficiency.

Voor deze uitdagende functie zoekt het bedrijf een gedreven kandidaat met sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden, een hands-on mentaliteit en affiniteit voor logistiek. Jij hebt een bewezen vermogen om teams te motiveren en processen te optimaliseren in een dynamische omgeving.

  • Eerdere ervaring in een leidinggevende positie binnen een magazijn/logistieke setting.
  • Uitstekende coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen met een logisch en oplossingsgericht karakter.
  • Stressbestendigheid en vermogen om het overzicht te behouden onder druk.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Flexibele en proactieve instelling, met een teamgerichte houding.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en een goede kennis van courante softwaretoepassingen.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van een tweede landstaal is een plus.
  • Je kan werken in een wisselend rooster: Week 1: 07u00 - 15u00 Week 2: 14u30 - 22u30 (Vrijdagen tot 22u00)
