Hoe maak jij van een klantvraag een sterke oplossing?

  • Maak technische uitdagingen rond leidingrenovatie en ondergrondse infrastructuur begrijpelijk voor klanten en vertaal ze naar haalbare, duurzame oplossingen.
  • Als technisch commercieel vertegenwoordiger adviseer je bouw- en infrastructuurklanten, waarbij je technische kennis inzet om vertrouwen op te bouwen en beslissingen te versnellen.
  • Werk offertes en calculaties uit die technisch onderbouwd, financieel helder en afgestemd zijn op de concrete situatie van de klant.
  • Begeleid dossiers van eerste contact en offerte tot uitvoering en opvolging, zodat afspraken duidelijk blijven en projecten vlot vooruitgaan.
  • Bouw duurzame klantenrelaties uit en ontwikkel nieuwe contacten in het bijzonder binnen Franstalig België, met Brussel als uitvalsbasis.
  • Detecteer commerciële opportuniteiten in de bouw- en infrastructuurmarkt en vertaal signalen uit de markt naar gerichte acties.
  • Stem regelmatig af met interne technische en operationele teams en zorg dat klantverwachtingen, calculatie en uitvoering op één lijn zitten.
  • Denk mee over de verdere groei van de activiteiten rond leidingtechnieken en neem ruimte om jouw aanpak, netwerk en commerciële impact zichtbaar uit te bouwen.

Ben jij technisch onderlegd én commercieel gedreven?

  • Een technische opleiding in bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare richting vormt een goede basis voor deze job.
  • Je brengt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring mee in een commerciële, technische of projectmatige rol binnen bouw, infrastructuur of een aanverwante omgeving.
  • Kennis van leidingtechnieken, leidingrenovatie of ondergrondse infrastructuur is een sterke troef, maar vooral je vermogen om technische materie toe te passen maakt het verschil.
  • Voor klantencontact in Franstalig België communiceer je vlot in het Frans over bouwtechnische onderwerpen; daarnaast leg je complexe informatie helder uit aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Je combineert commerciële alertheid met nauwkeurigheid, initiatief en zelfstandigheid. Die combinatie helpt je om kansen op te merken, afspraken op te volgen en relaties op lange termijn geloofwaardig uit te bouwen.
