De samenwerking tussen productie, werkvoorbereiding en controle is rechtstreeks en praktisch georganiseerd. Je krijgt de kans om echt mee te waken over het eindresultaat dat naar de klant vertrekt.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt de productie, met focus op de maatwerkafdeling.
  • Je controleert productiebons op juistheid en volledigheid op basis van de klantbestelling en technische info.
  • Je stemt onduidelijkheden of ontbrekende gegevens af vóór de productie start.
  • Je controleert producten vóór ze naar de lakkerij gaan, onder meer op maatvoering, uitvoering, laswerk, draairichting en aanwezige onderdelen.
  • Je voert een tweede controle uit na het lakken en vóór het verpakken, met aandacht voor afwerking, volledigheid en toebehoren.
  • Je registreert afwijkingen, bespreekt ze met collega’s en volgt correcties op.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende fouten aan de productieverantwoordelijke en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en maatvoering controleren.
  • Je kan technische informatie vertalen naar duidelijke werkinstructies.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en durft afwijkingen aan te kaarten.
  • Je communiceert helder met de productieverantwoordelijke, lassers en andere collega’s.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en leert graag interne systemen kennen.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole, werkvoorbereiding, laswerk, staal of aluminium is een plus.
