Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 maak je deel uit van de SHEQ-afdeling en ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met veiligheid, welzijn en milieu. Je volgt niet alleen de regelgeving op, maar zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat veiligheid ook daadwerkelijk leeft binnen de productieomgeving.

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het opvolgen van de wetgeving rond welzijn, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Het adviseren van verantwoordelijken binnen verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • Het implementeren en bewaken van relevante veiligheids- en welzijnsregelgeving.
  • Het toezien op de correcte naleving van procedures en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Het opstellen en opvolgen van het jaaractieplan en globaal preventieplan.
  • Het verzorgen van de nodige wettelijke rapportages en registraties.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met keuringsinstanties, de arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst en de externe preventiedienst.
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van verslagen van externe en interne veiligheidsactiviteiten.
  • Het ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses.
  • Het coachen en sensibiliseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veilig werken.
  • Het stimuleren van veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Het samenwerken met leidinggevenden, medewerkers en andere preventiemedewerkers binnen de organisatie.
  • Het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van je vakkennis via opleidingen en seminaries.

Voor deze functie als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 zoeken we iemand die technische kennis combineert met praktische ervaring binnen veiligheid en milieu. Je bent niet alleen sterk in regelgeving en procedures, maar weet medewerkers ook op een toegankelijke en pragmatische manier mee te krijgen in het veiligheidsbeleid.

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Je beschikt over het getuigschrift Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt ervaring met veiligheids- en milieutaken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met managementsystemen zoals VCA**, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of ervaring binnen een productie- of technische omgeving.
  • Je bent toegankelijk en staat graag in contact met medewerkers op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over goede coachingvaardigheden en weet mensen mee te krijgen in een veiligheidsverhaal.
  • Je bent ondernemend en werkt pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Nederlandse taalkennis is een absolute must voor deze functie.
  • Je kunt je daarnaast vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid om voornamelijk vanuit de vestigingen in Gent en Hamme te werken.
