Hoe vertaal je een aanbestedingsdossier naar een winnende offerte?

  • Als Tender Ingenieur Civiele Werken bepaal je mee hoe complexe civiele projecten technisch, financieel en organisatorisch haalbaar worden. Je werkt vanuit Neder-over-Heembeek binnen een bouworganisatie die tunnels, bruggen, waterbouwkundige constructies en industriële projecten realiseert en renoveert.
  • Analyseer lastenboeken, plannen, meetstaten en contractdocumenten grondig. Je brengt risico’s, aandachtspunten en optimalisatiemogelijkheden in kaart voordat een offerte wordt opgesteld.
  • Vertaal technische informatie naar een onderbouwde kostprijs. Je combineert offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers met de raming van eigen werken, werfkosten en rendementsdoelstellingen in KPD BouwOffice.
  • Werk samen met interne experten rond uitvoeringsmethodes, planning, kwaliteit, BIM, stabiliteit, beton, asfalt, landmeetkunde en bodemverbetering. Zo ontstaat een voorstel dat niet alleen competitief, maar ook realistisch uitvoerbaar is.
  • Stel samen met het tenderteam een helder plan van aanpak en een haalbare projectplanning op. Je maakt technische keuzes begrijpelijk voor verschillende gesprekspartners en bewaakt de samenhang tussen scope, prijs, timing en risico’s.
  • Neem deel aan overleg met bouwheren, studiebureaus, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Tijdens inhoudelijke besprekingen vertegenwoordig je de tenderstrategie met sterke argumenten en een scherpe blik voor commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Werk de definitieve offerte uit met de nodige prijsanalyses, overzichten en bijlagen. Bij gunning controleer je de contractuele documenten en zorg je voor een volledige overdracht naar het werfteam.
  • Als tender engineer maak je al vóór de start van de werf een zichtbaar verschil. Je voorbereiding legt mee de basis voor veilige uitvoering, correcte marges, duidelijke afspraken en een vlotte realisatie.

Ben jij technisch sterk en commercieel onderlegd?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma bouwkundig ingenieur of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je brengt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee, bijvoorbeeld als calculator, werkvoorbereider, tender engineer of technisch medewerker bij een aannemer. Ervaring met grote civiele of infrastructuurprojecten is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Je kunt technische dossiers analyseren en omzetten in concrete ramingen, uitvoeringsmethodes en planningen. Kennis van KPD BouwOffice en MS Project is welkom, maar vooral je bereidheid om systemen grondig te leren telt.
  • Een planmatige en nauwkeurige werkstijl helpt je om veel informatie te structureren zonder details of deadlines uit het oog te verliezen. Je denkt kritisch mee, stelt gerichte vragen en zoekt naar haalbare verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend met technische en commerciële gesprekspartners en werkt constructief samen met verschillende disciplines. Voor contacten binnen een diverse projectomgeving is het nuttig dat je je professioneel kunt uitdrukken in het Nederlands en ook in het Frans en Engels kunt overleggen
