Hoe maak je van een technisch dossier een overtuigend tenderplan?

  • Als Tender Ingenieur Grote Projecten geef je al vóór de start richting aan complexe gebouwenprojecten voor publieke en private opdrachtgevers. Jouw voorbereiding vormt de basis voor een haalbare, efficiënte en overtuigende uitvoering.
  • Samen met het begrotingsteam vertaal je technische dossiers en bestekken naar concrete bouwmethodieken, uitvoeringsplannen en een onderbouwd tenderdossier.
  • Je werkt uitvoeringsmethodes, planningen, faseringen en manpowerplanning uit, afgestemd op de technische vereisten, de context van het project en de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Materieelinzet, werfinrichting, bekistingsmethodieken en logistieke scenario’s maak je concreet, zodat ambitieuze plannen ook op de werf werkbaar blijven.
  • Technische keuzes zet je om in duidelijke en overtuigende documenten die de aanpak, haalbaarheid en meerwaarde van het voorstel inzichtelijk maken.
  • Na gunning ondersteun je de project- en werfteams met werkplannen, planningsopvolging en verdere verfijning van de uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • De overgang van tender naar uitvoering bewaak je actief: je zorgt dat gemaakte keuzes correct worden overgedragen en waar nodig worden bijgestuurd op basis van de realiteit op de werf.
  • Overleg met interne experten, projectverantwoordelijken, klanten en andere betrokken partijen helpt je om risico’s vroeg te detecteren en complexe projecten goed voorbereid op te starten. Je werkt vanuit Neder-over-Heembeek en bent regelmatig aanwezig op werven verspreid over Vlaanderen.

Breng jij structuur in planningen, methodes en faseringen en weet jij zelfstandig werk te combineren met sterke samenwerking?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt vijf tot tien jaar ervaring in werf- of projectleiding binnen de bouw van complexere projecten.
  • Ervaring met aanbestedingen, tenderdossiers of methodiekvoorbereiding is sterk meegenomen, omdat je zo sneller technische oplossingen kunt vertalen naar een overtuigend voorstel.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Project en/of Primavera en kent de principes van Lean-planning. Een gestructureerde aanpak helpt je om planning, fasering, middelen en risico’s met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Problemen analyseer je nuchter en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor beslissingen en resultaten. Nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent zijn belangrijk omdat jouw werk rechtstreeks invloed heeft op de uitvoerbaarheid van het project.
  • Je communiceert helder met verschillende gesprekspartners en werkt graag samen zonder je zelfstandigheid te verliezen. Nederlands is de werktaal; basiskennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.
