Voor de job van transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Samen met jouw collega sta je in voor de planning van een 30-tal vrachtwagens;Week om week ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke administratie of de planning;
  • Je maakt de planning op voor regio België en stuurt bij waar nodig;
  • Dagelijks heb je contact met de chauffeurs en geef je hun de planning door;
  • Je geeft de orders in in het systeem en maakt de transportadministratie op;
  • Bij de opmaak van de planning bewaak je de rij- en rusttijden;
  • Problemen of onvoorziene omstandigheden in de planning los je op;
  • Bij problemen, panne, defecten... sta je in contact met de wagenparkbeheerder;
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met de vestigingen in Nederland en Duitsland in verband met retourvrachten;
  • Week om week sta je in voor de permanentie van vrijdag tot vrijdag.

Ben jij de transportplanner naar waar wij op zoek gaan?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als transportplanner binnen de logistiek of transport of je behaalde een logistieke opleiding;
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans - deze talen heb je nodig om te communiceren met de chauffeurs;
  • Bij voorkeur ben je vertrouwd met rij- en rusttijden;
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kan ook op drukke momenten het overzicht bewaren;
  • Je hebt geen problemen met het permanentiesysteem.
