Als werfleider sta je mee aan het roer van uitdagende civiele bouwprojecten in Brussel en omgeving. Je vertaalt de werfplanning naar een efficiënte dagelijkse uitvoering en bewaakt daarbij kwaliteit, timing, veiligheid en budget. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met projectleiding, onderaannemers, leveranciers en de eigen uitvoerende ploegen om elk project vlot en professioneel te laten verlopen.

Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen. Je volgt de vooruitgang op de werf nauwgezet op, signaleert knelpunten tijdig en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Dankzij jouw hands-on aanpak en organisatorisch talent blijven de werkzaamheden gestructureerd en haalbaar, ook wanneer de complexiteit op de werf toeneemt.

Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van de werfactiviteiten
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning
  • Aansturen van arbeiders, onderaannemers en externe partners
  • Controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang op de werf
  • Signaleren van technische of organisatorische problemen en actief oplossingen aanreiken
  • Opvolgen van materiaalstromen, leveringen en werfadministratie
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleiding over stand van zaken, risico’s en eventuele bijsturingen
  • Meewerken aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerken, technische expertise en een doordachte uitvoering centraal staan. Er wordt gewerkt aan projecten met impact, waar jouw rol rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan het succes van het volledige bouwproces.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren werfleider met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de bouw, bij voorkeur in civiele bouwkunde of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving. Je bent iemand die structuur brengt op de werf, vlot communiceert en tegelijk voldoende beslissingskracht heeft om het overzicht te bewaren en snel te schakelen wanneer dat nodig is.

We zoeken een kandidaat die sterk is in organiseren, opvolgen en mensen aansturen. Je kan technische plannen en werfinstructies correct interpreteren, behoudt rust onder druk en werkt nauwkeurig aan de opvolging van deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen. Een praktische ingesteldheid en een duidelijke aanwezigheid op de werf zijn essentieel.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor of master in bouwkunde, civiele techniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als werfleider, assistent-werfleider of in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Sterke kennis van werforganisatie, planning en opvolging van uitvoering
  • Vlotte communicatie met verschillende stakeholders zoals arbeiders, onderaannemers en projectleiding
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht denkniveau
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en detail
  • Vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus in deze regio
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B

Affiniteit met complexe bouwprojecten en een sterke interesse in civiele werken zijn belangrijke troeven om in deze functie succesvol te zijn.
