Jobomschrijving

Hoe zorg je ervoor dat een werf efficiënt blijft draaien?

  • Als werfleider infra neem je de dagelijkse leiding op van toegewezen infrastructuurwerven in en rond Neder-over-Heembeek. Je zorgt dat mensen, materiaal, planning en uitvoering logisch op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Van de voorbereidende fase tot en met de oplevering bewaak je de voortgang, kwaliteit en praktische haalbaarheid van de werken.
  • De werfcoördinator in jou houdt het overzicht: je stemt af met interne diensten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partners.
  • Planning, budget en werkorganisatie volg je nauwgezet op, zodat de werf efficiënt blijft draaien en bijsturen tijdig gebeurt.
  • Wanneer er een technisch, organisatorisch of praktisch knelpunt opduikt, herken je dit snel en vertaal je het naar een werkbare oplossing.
  • Je waakt over een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving en stimuleert duidelijke afspraken op het terrein.
  • Via heldere rapportering aan de projectleider maak je de voortgang, aandachtspunten en resultaten van jouw werf zichtbaar.
  • Met jouw aanwezigheid en overzicht zorg je ervoor dat infrastructuurwerken stap voor stap vooruitgaan en uiteindelijk een duurzaam resultaat opleveren.

  • Een professionele bachelor bouw of een master in de bouwkunde vormt jouw opleidingsbasis.
  • Een gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de bouw- of infrastructuursector komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je brengt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee in een vergelijkbare rol, bijvoorbeeld als werfleider infrastructuur, werfcoördinator of in een functie met vergelijkbare verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Een geldig VCA-attest is vereist; technische kennis helpt je om beslissingen op de werf met voldoende inzicht te nemen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol met verschillende gesprekspartners. Dat is belangrijk om verwachtingen op elkaar af te stemmen en samenwerking op de werf vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Structuur, eigenaarschap en proactiviteit typeren je aanpak: je wacht niet af wanneer je risico’s of vertragingen ziet, maar neemt verantwoordelijkheid en stuurt gericht bij.
