The posting

  • Als Werfleider coördineer je de dagelijkse uitvoering op de werf in Puurs-Sint-Amands, van de voorbereiding tot de oplevering. Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • De planning vertaal je naar duidelijke afspraken voor medewerkers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen. Zo weet iedereen wat er wanneer moet gebeuren.
  • Je volgt materialen, technische documenten en werkmiddelen op en grijpt tijdig in wanneer de uitvoering dreigt af te wijken van de planning of gemaakte afspraken.
  • Regelmatig overleg met projectleiding, opdrachtgevers en uitvoerende partners zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming. Je rapporteert helder over de stand van zaken, knelpunten en mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Op de werf ben je het aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen en onverwachte situaties. Je maakt onderbouwde keuzes die de continuïteit van het werk ondersteunen.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles, veiligheidsafspraken en administratieve opvolging maken deel uit van je verantwoordelijkheid. Dankzij jouw aanpak worden werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en volgens de afgesproken normen uitgevoerd.
  • Als werfcoördinator krijg je ruimte om structuur te brengen, samenwerking te versterken en rechtstreeks bij te dragen aan het resultaat van elk project.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Werfleider, werfcoördinator, ploegverantwoordelijke of in een vergelijkbare uitvoerende rol.
  • Een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring helpt je om plannen, technische informatie en uitvoeringsdetails vlot te begrijpen.
  • Plannen en organiseren liggen je goed: je houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en volgt acties consequent op wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en respectvol met verschillende gesprekspartners. Dat is belangrijk om afspraken op de werf begrijpelijk te maken en problemen snel bespreekbaar te krijgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je beslissingen en blijft oplossingsgericht wanneer de planning of omstandigheden wijzigen.
