The posting

Als werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van uiteenlopende projecten binnen een raamcontract met een netwerkbeheerder. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier technisch correct en organisatorisch efficiënt wordt klaargemaakt, zodat de uitvoerende teams zonder hindernissen aan de slag kunnen.

Jouw taken:

  • Analyseren van aanvragen en controleren van technische specificaties, plannen en tekeningen.
  • Overleggen met de netwerkbeheerder om bijkomende informatie te verkrijgen of dossiers bij te sturen.
  • In kaart brengen van de context: toegankelijkheid van de werf, vergunningen, signalisatie en fasering van werken.
  • Uitwerken van materiaallijsten en tijdig plaatsen van bestellingen.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke werkinstructies en overleg met de werfleiding.
  • Calculaties opmaken en afwijkingen van het contract bespreken met de opdrachtgever.
  • Beheren van alle projectdossiers in het ERP-systeem en zorgen voor up-to-date informatie voor de uitvoering.
  • Communiceren en afstemmen met alle stakeholders: opdrachtgever, planningsafdeling, uitvoerders en onderaannemers.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties in systemen en processen.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, planning of projectleiding binnen elektrotechniek is een plus.
  • Sterke technische kennis, nauwkeurig en analytisch ingesteld.
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht, met aandacht voor de realiteit op de werf.
  • Vlotte en motiverende communicator, zowel intern als extern.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en ERP-pakketten; kennis van Navision/Visual Planning is een troef.
