Jobomschrijving

  • Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechnieken zorg je ervoor dat technische projecten goed voorbereid aan de uitvoering beginnen. Je werkt mee aan installaties voor onder meer drink- en afvalwaterzuivering, gebouwtechnieken en verkeerstechnische toepassingen.
  • Een volledig technisch dossier vormt jouw werkterrein: plannen, schema’s, technische fiches en andere uitvoeringsdocumenten worden door jou tijdig en zorgvuldig uitgewerkt.
  • Je analyseert aanbestedings- en projectdossiers met een kritische blik. Leemtes, risico’s en kansen voor technische of praktische optimalisatie breng je vroeg in kaart, zodat verrassingen op de werf beperkt blijven.
  • Als projectvoorbereider stem je dagelijks af met de werfleider, projectleider, tekenaar en aankoopdienst. Zo vertaal je technische informatie naar duidelijke afspraken en werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je vormt de praktische schakel tussen de werf, interne diensten en externe partners zoals studiebureaus, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Heldere communicatie maakt daarbij het verschil.
  • Rechtstreekse rapportering aan de projectleider houdt de voortgang, aandachtspunten en beslissingen overzichtelijk. Je bewaakt mee dat de uitvoering volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit en planning kan starten.
  • Je komt terecht in een ervaren, multidisciplinaire bouwomgeving die infrastructuur- en constructieprojecten realiseert. Samenwerking, kwaliteit en voortdurende verbetering zijn er dagelijkse werkprincipes, geen losse slogans.
  • Een bachelor- of ingenieursopleiding in elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting vormt een goede basis.
  • Met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, engineering of technische projectopvolging begrijp je wat nodig is om een dossier uitvoerbaar te maken. Ervaring met elektrotechnische installaties is belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met technische informatie, plannen en schema’s en kunt vlot overweg met MS Office. Die combinatie helpt je om ook bij meerdere dossiers het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Een heldere communicatiestijl en een klantgerichte houding maken je sterk in de samenwerking met opdrachtgevers, ontwerpers, collega’s en uitvoerende partners.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, durft beslissingen te nemen en blijft kwaliteitsbewust wanneer deadlines naderen. Een kritische blik en de bereidheid om mee te zoeken naar betere oplossingen geven jouw werk extra waarde.
