Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale technische dienstverlener actief binnen de maritieme en industriële sector. Vanuit een gespecialiseerde operationele site aan de Belgische kust ondersteunen zij dagelijks onderhouds-, revisie- en herstellingswerken voor complexe maritieme installaties en vaartuigen. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een grotere internationale groep en combineert technologische expertise met een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.

Jobomschrijving

Als Superintendent Workshops ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van verschillende technische werkplaatsen en teams. Je combineert people management met technische opvolging, veiligheid, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • PersoneelsbeheerMee ondersteunen bij rekruteringstrajecten in samenwerking met HR en management Evalueren van opleidingsbehoeften en ondersteunen van talentontwikkeling Coördineren van werkzaamheden en personeelsplanning over verschillende afdelingen Vertalen van strategie en operationele doelstellingen naar de teams Coachen, motiveren en aansturen van Workshop Managers en techniekers
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Uitvoeren en begeleiden van risicoanalyses binnen de werkplaatsen Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en preventiemaatregelen Actief bijdragen aan veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie Opvolgen van KPI’s en implementeren van verbeteracties Deelnemen aan incidentonderzoeken en veiligheidsinspecties
  • Klanten- en contractbeheerOperationeel overleg voeren met klanten en stakeholders Uitwerken en opvolgen van prijsoffertes Bewaken van contractuele afspraken en scopebeheer Opmaken van offertes voor bijkomende werkzaamheden buiten contract
  • Kwaliteit & continue verbeteringSamenwerken aan kwaliteitsplannen en kwaliteitsborging Regelmatig controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden Actief meedenken rond optimalisatie en continue verbetering van processen
  • Aankoop & leveranciersbeheerOndersteunen van aankoopprocessen en marktonderzoek Opvolgen van offertes en leveranciersprestaties Evalueren van strategische leveranciers

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Site Manager en speelt een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse operationele werking van de organisatie.

  • Industrieel ingenieur of scheepsbouwkundig ingenieur (elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde)
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen maritieme dienstverlening, scheepsonderhoud of technische services
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring in people management
  • Communicatief sterk en organisatorisch vaardig
  • Commercieel ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Affiniteit met technische en digitale systemen
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en MS Project
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en praktische kennis van Frans en Engels
