【任职要求】 1、计算机、数学、金融、统计等相关专业院校本科及以上学历 2、5 年以上互联网金融风控经验，其中小微客群风控经验不少于 2 年，完整经历 0-1 风控体系搭建 3、具备数据分析能力，熟悉大数据风控技术，能够独立构建风险模型 4、熟悉小微客户信用贷款领域的风控政策、法律法规及行业动态 5、具备自驱力、高度的责任心与团队协作精神
