Working closely with Program Management, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and Government stakeholders, the Digital Twin Engineering Lead develops and executes the Digital Twin roadmap while ensuring alignment with mission objectives, engineering standards, cybersecurity requirements, and program priorities.

This position combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering execution and customer engagement to deliver innovative Digital Twin capabilities supporting mission-critical DoD operations.

Applicants must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of enterprise Digital Twin capabilities supporting globally distributed DoD mission systems.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for Digital Twin architecture, modeling, simulation, visualization, and systems integration.

  • Design Digital Twin environments that accurately represent enterprise infrastructure, networks, applications, cloud services, cybersecurity posture, and operational workflows.
  • Develop Digital Twin capabilities supporting systems engineering, mission planning, cyber terrain visualization, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, resiliency analysis, technology insertion, and engineering validation.
  • Integrate operational telemetry, monitoring, cybersecurity, and infrastructure data into Digital Twin environments.
  • Ensure Digital Twin models remain synchronized with production architectures, engineering baselines, and configuration management processes.
  • Support cyber testing, engineering experimentation, security validation, and resiliency assessments using Digital Twin environments.
  • Coordinate software development, systems engineering, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity activities supporting Digital Twin initiatives.
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, engineering standards, implementation plans, and operating procedures.
  • Present technical briefings, demonstrations, and recommendations to Government customers and program leadership.
  • Support proposal development, technical solutioning, BOEs, ROMs, customer demonstrations, and strategic technology planning.
  • Mentor engineers and promote engineering innovation and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Minimum of 8 years supporting enterprise systems engineering, Digital Engineering, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Minimum of 3 years serving as a technical lead or leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts.
  • Experience designing or supporting Digital Twin, Modeling & Simulation (M&S), enterprise architecture, or complex systems engineering solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments, virtualization, networking, storage, and modern software architectures.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
