Vill du arbeta praktiskt och tekniskt i en varierad produktion, samtidigt som du får ett särskilt ansvar för maskinernas in-och omställningar? Culinar söker nu en engagerad operatör med särskilt ställansvar till vår paketeringsavdelning.

Om rollen Som operatör arbetar du med att paketera våra kryddblandningar och smaksättningar för både konsumenter och livsmedelsföretag. Du ansvarar för din produktionslinje och ser till att arbetet flyter på säkert, effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Arbetet omfattar både maskinhantering och praktiska moment. Du följer produktionsinstruktioner, laddar maskiner med råvaror och emballage, övervakar produktionen, dokumenterar i våra system samt utför rengöring och kvalitetskontroller. Utöver din ordinarie roll som operatör har du ett särskilt uppdrag med ställansvar. Det innebär att du planerar och förbereder maskinomställningar samt bidrar till att de genomförs säkert, effektivt och vid rätt tidpunkt. Du följer upp ställtider, finjusterar, uppmärksammar avvikelser och medverkar till bättre arbetssätt och ett smidigare produktionsflöde.

Vem är du? Du är tekniskt intresserad, engagerad och har ett öga för detaljer. Du gillar att förstå hur saker fungerar, lösa problem och ligga steget före för att skapa ett effektivt produktionsflöde. Samtidigt är du noggrann, ansvarstagande och mån om att arbetet utförs säkert och med hög kvalitet. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet som operatör eller ställare. Erfarenhet från livsmedelsproduktion är meriterande, men viktigast är ditt driv, din vilja, öga för detaljer samt inlärningsförmåga. För tjänsten krävs goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt B-körkort.
