Jouw functie

Als Credit Controller maak je deel uit van het lokale Finance team in België en werk je nauw samen met het internationale EMEA Controlling Team. Je zorgt mee voor een correcte financiële opvolging, een efficiënte cashflow én een sterke rapportering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je monitort proactief openstaande facturen en volgt betalingsachterstanden op.
  • Je neemt contact op met klanten (telefonisch/e-mail) om vorderingen te bespreken.
  • Je verzendt aanmaningen volgens interne procedures.
  • Je stelt betalingsregelingen op en volgt deze op.
  • Je werkt samen met incassobureaus en volgt juridische dossiers op.
  • Je analyseert de kredietwaardigheid van klanten.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratie in het debiteurenbeheersysteem.
  • Je bouwt goede relaties uit met interne en externe stakeholders

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent iemand die:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting heeft, of relevante eerste werkervaring kan voorleggen.
  • Sterk analytisch denkt, nauwkeurig werkt en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Proactief, communicatief en resultaatgericht is.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken maar ook graag samenwerkt in team.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en vlot kan communiceren in het Frans. Engels is een mooie plus, vooral voor internationale contacten.
  • Discreet, betrouwbaar en integer omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie.
