The posting

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Finance to lead accounting and consolidation, financial planning and analysis and decision support for our Puerto Rico business unit. This role is critical in driving performance through insightful financial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement. This role is also responsible for the monthly financial close and consolidation process, managing accounts payable (AP), tax compliance and ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliations. The position is hybrid and reports to the Vice President and General Manager of the Puerto Rico business with a dotted line to the Culligan Quench CFO. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and a hands-on approach to operational finance.
