Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützende administrative Tätigkeiten des operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege von Stammdaten der Kunden
  • Mitwirkende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Führen von Reportings von Statistiken
  • Unterstützung des Teamleads bei der Einhaltung operativer Prozesse
  • Ablage von Belegen
  • Unterstützung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service, Dispatching und Lager bei Bedarf

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, gerne mit Bezug zur Logistik/Spedition wünschenswert
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Admin Support und/ oder als Disponent/in wünschenswert
  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (erforderlich)
