💰 Salary: S$2,300 – S$3,000 per month 📍 Location: Clarke Quay Central, Singapore 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturday, 9am – 1pm

✨ About the Role

Are you a caring, responsible and service-oriented individual who enjoys helping others?

We are looking for a Dental Assistant to support our dentists in delivering quality patient care and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Whether you have prior dental assisting experience or are looking to start a career in dental healthcare, this is an opportunity to develop your skills in a clinical environment. Training may be provided for suitable entry-level candidates.

🩺 What You'll Be Doing

Clinical Support

  • Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments and materials before procedures.
  • Assist dentists during examinations and dental treatments.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic.
  • Help patients feel comfortable and reassured during their visits.

Patient Care & Clinic Administration

  • Record patients' medical histories and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
  • Handle basic administrative and cashiering duties where required.
  • Monitor dental supplies and replenish inventory when necessary.
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized and ready for daily operations.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Dental Assistant experience is an advantage, but training may be provided for entry-level candidates.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and patient-focused attitude with a genuine interest in healthcare.
  • Comfortable interacting with patients and assisting dentists during procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling and record management.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays as part of the regular working schedule.
