  • Act as a visible ambassador for the Company and Human Resources function, building credibility and trusted relationships across all Florida locations and representing the organization professionally with employees, leaders, candidates, and external partners.
  • Continuous Improvement & Process Development - champion a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function and across the dealership network by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices.
  • Standardize HR processes, policies, and workflows across all 5 locations to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Develop, document, and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key HR activities (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to track adherence to established processes, policies, and compliance requirements: address gaps promptly.
  • Use data, metrics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and increase employee and manager satisfaction.
  • Partner with location leaders to reinforce process adherence, provide coaching/training on standardized practices, and foster accountability.
  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects that impact people, processes, proficiency, and overall dealership profitability.
  • Develop Safety and Risk management in close collaboration with other key operational leaders
  • Stay current on HR best practices and industry trends, evaluating and adopting improvements that support the dealership environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the Dealer Principal, Leadership Team, managers, and employees on Human Resources matters.
  • Lead and coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs across the Florida region.
  • Oversee all aspects of new-hire onboarding and orientation across Florida branches, ensuring a consistent, professional employee experience and timely completion of required documentation.
  • Develop, facilitate, and/or coordinate learning, development, and training initiatives for the workforce.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to assess, organize, and track employee training in support of company performance and production goals.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records; leverage HR data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with employees and management to ensure consistent application of Human Resources policies and procedures and compliance with applicable employment laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Coach and counsel the Leadership Team on employee performance and corrective action, ensuring appropriate, consistent, and well-documented practices across locations.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management to support retention and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Company at unemployment hearings and in other employment-related matters, as necessary.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance in the administration of the performance management and evaluation process.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to track 30/60/90-day performance reviews, strengthen accountability, and provide guidance on performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Respond to and investigate employee relations matters, including employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints, with discretion, consistency, and sound judgment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
