Estamos buscando un/a talentoso/a técnico electromecanico II para unirse a nuestro equipo, especializado/a en industria metal mecanica para Cummins en Cienega de Flores

En este rol, generarás impacto de las siguientes maneras:

  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la maquinaria del área.
  • Diagnosticar de manera rápida e eficiente posibles fas fallas para reducir el impacto a la continuidad de las líneas de producción.
  • Aplicar los procesos de seguridad de acuerdo con la naturaleza del trabajo a realizar.
  • Ejecutar en tiempo y forma los programas de mantenimiento.
  • Identificar riesgos potenciales y corregirlos antes de que presenten una falla.
  • Diagnosticar y reparar fallas de manera eficaz para minimizar el impacto con los clientes

Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitarás lo siguiente:

  • Conocimiento de mínimo 2 años en CNC con control FANUC
  • Experiencia en diagnosticar – rastrear fallas en equipos con PLC
  • Conocimiento en equipo OKUMA,
  • Conocimiento en Robots FANUC.
  • Experiencia en neumática, hidráulica y eléctrica.
  • Conocimiento esencial Sistema LOTO de Seguridad.
  • Manejo de multímetro, amperímetro y herramientas manuales.
  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento de hornos de carbonizado.
  • Maquinado de piezas.
  • Experiencia en lectura de planos (mecánico, eléctrico e hidráulico)
  • Ingles técnico

Aplicar los procedimientos de seguridad de acuerdo a la naturaleza del trabajo a realizar Ejecutar en tiempo y forma los programas de mantenimiento Identificar los riesgos potenciales y corregirlos antes de que se presente una falla (MDO - Tarjeta amarilla) Diagnosticar y reparar de forma eficaz las fallas, para minimizar el impacto con los clientes Comunicar oportunamente a los clientes la condición actual del equipo Dar seguimiento a proveedores en trabajos subcontratados y seguimiento de entrega de refacciones
