Job Title: Lead Inventory Coordinator Starting Pay: $21.50/hr Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm

Who You Are You’re a detail-oriented inventory professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping finished goods organized, accurate, and compliant. You have a strong understanding of inventory controls and enjoy working hands-on — whether you’re performing cycle counts, operating equipment, or updating ERP systems. You’re comfortable balancing accuracy with efficiency, communicating clearly with cross-functional teams, and following strict regulatory requirements. Your proactive mindset and problem-solving skills help keep finished products moving and records precise.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you will:

  • Drive inventory accuracy by performing detailed counts, audits, and system updates to maintain precise records across all phases of warehouse operations
  • Handle and move product safely by operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring goods are stored to prevent damage
  • Maintain compliance by collecting, auditing, and filing all required documentation in line with state cannabis regulations and company policies
  • Support wholesale fulfillment by picking, packaging, counting, and scanning orders to meet customer and production timelines
  • Lead and develop the team by assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring inventory personnel
  • Manage systems and consumables by maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP data, monitoring warehouse/manufacturing supplies, and making system adjustments with root-cause analysis when needed
  • Champion safety and efficiency by conducting daily equipment inspections, following OSHA protocols, and promoting a clean, organized workspace
  • Problem-solve in real time to address order fulfillment challenges and keep operations on track

What You’ll Bring:

  • You have proven experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • You have strong mathematical abilities and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a physically demanding, hands-on environment

Even Better If:

  • You bring experience in order fulfillment
  • You hold a valid certification to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks or are eager to obtain one

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 lbs. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift up to 75 lbs. This position requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

This position has allergen warnings, potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, requires exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol, requires daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary, requires the ability to work in confined spaces, has exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms, has exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels and requires a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
