Retail Delivery Driver - Part Time

Type of Work: Part-Time Shift Availability: Open availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is recommended. Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50/hr. Location: 12402 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32837

About the Role:

As a Delivery Driver at Curaleaf, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll be the friendly face that delivers cannabis products safely and efficiently to customers' homes, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely, and compliant with state regulations. Your mission is to provide clear communication, courteous service, and reliable delivery that customers can count on.

When you’re not on the road, you’ll bring that same energy into the store - greeting guests, processing transactions, and helping maintain a clean, organized retail environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Experience & Teamwork Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint—whether in-store or at the customer’s door. Communicate professionally and proactively during deliveries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Build trust and rapport by answering questions and offering helpful product information. Greet and assist all guests warmly, providing personalized product recommendations. Resolve concerns with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote loyalty programs and create a positive, inclusive atmosphere with your team.
  • Delivery & Compliance Safely transport cannabis products in compliance with company policies and all state regulations. Plan and execute efficient delivery routes for timely, accurate service. Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Accurately handle cash payments and complete required delivery documentation. Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning delivery vehicles, including logs and inspection records. Proactively communicate delivery status, delays, or issues to customers, the Store Manager, and internal teams.
  • Store Operations Assist with store operations: opening/closing, ID checks, POS transactions, and inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support store operations as a Store Associate when not on delivery, based on business needs.
  • Sales & Performance Consistently meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge. Highlight promotions and complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed on product updates and promotions for a seamless customer experience. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Per state compliance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  • Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Previous experience in a regulated retail environment.
  • Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations.
  • Background in delivery or logistics roles.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.
  • Experience with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment.

Although Curaleaf operates in states that have legalized and decriminalized marijuana, it is still considered a controlled substance under federal regulations and thus illegal under federal law. For this reason, unless and until federal law changes, Curaleaf is prohibited from offering sponsorship for any non-immigrant or immigrant visas.

***Please also note that while candidates who are Lawful Permanent Residents (such as those with Green Cards) are eligible for employment with, and are hired by Curaleaf, working for a company engaged in a business that grows and sells a product that is illegal under federal law might compromise the candidate’s immigration status. Before a Lawful Permanent Resident accepts an offer of employment, Curaleaf recommends that the candidate seek the advice of an immigration lawyer.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
