Als kinesitherapeut...

  • ... breng je de noden van de bewoners in kaart en stel je een behandelplan op maat op.
  • ... verstrek je de kinesitherapeutische behandelingen met als doel de mobiliteit, zelfredzaamheid en levenskwaliteit van bewoners te behouden of te verbeteren.
  • ... werk je nauw samen met het multidisciplinair team door de evolutie van bewoners op te volgen en je expertise rond mobiliteit, positionering en hulpmiddelen te delen.
  • ... draag je actief bij aan het verplaatsingsbeleid, valpreventiebeleid en comfortzorgbeleid.
  • ... optimaliseer je behandelingen op basis van de nieuwe inzichten binnen het vakdomein.
  • ... geef je advies aan collega's rond ergonomisch werken, lichaamshouding en hef- en tiltechnieken.

Je werkt binnen een variabel uurrooster en werkt standaard niet in het weekend (bij nood kan dit sporadisch wel gevraagd worden).

Kennis en vaardigheden:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma als gegradueerde of master in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie.
  • Je hebt kennis over hef- en tiltechnieken.
  • Je bezit een basis aan digitale vaardigheden en bent bereid om je in te werken in nieuwe software.

Persoonlijkheid:

  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar ook in team functioneer je als de beste.
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je hecht belang aan warme zorg en werkt vanuit een persoonsgerichte visie.
  • Je bent flexibel en dienstbaar.
