Job Scopes:

  • Plan and execute marketing plans and strategies to grow share of market and achieve sales targets.
  • Enhance our digital customer experience, creating strategies and plans to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and conversion to sale metrics.
  • Use data to measure, report and improve on performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Sales, Transactions, ROI and digital KPIs).
  • Manage, supervise and mentor online marketing executive.
  • Work closely with sales department to plan marketing strategies, initiatives and promotions, etc.
  • Ensure all customer’s complaints received via online and email are responded and first acknowledged by the team within 24 hours, follow through and update all key stakeholders on the final investigation with Operations team and recommended compensation.
  • Responsible for performance management for your team member(s), check and balance on their goals setting for the year, provide necessary feedback and recommended solutions (for negative ones).
  • Manage the online presence and digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing or relevant disciplines.
  • With minimum 2 years of experience in F&B / E-Comm retail /Media /FMCG industry.
  • Experienced in managing and executing performance marketing channels including paid search, social, affiliate, retargeting and programmatic video/display.
  • Familiar with major web analytics and reporting tools e.g., Google Analytics 360, app analytics tool is a plus.
  • Skilled in creative content writing
  • Design savvy with attention to details
  • Good project, campaign, event and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and always willing to be hands-on to assist in execution of campaigns, setup, or testing.
  • Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
