Open Position Sales & Marketing Specialist (Medical Devices) (Tunisia) Hybrid (Sousse, Tunisia)

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales efforts and manage client relationships within the medical sector (clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and government entities)
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to healthcare professionals and institutional partners
  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
  • Represent Cure Bionics in exhibitions, conferences, and sales meetings
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies
  • Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Develop and manage Cure Bionics' CSR initiatives, especially those related to disability inclusion, healthcare access, and educational empowerment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare, medical devices, or rehabilitation sector
  • Strong portfolio and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and client needs
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
