Vi søger en engageret deltid familiebehandler til et tidsafgrænset forløb i familier i hjemmet.

I CUREA arbejder vi med familiebehandling, hvor indsatsen tager udgangspunkt i familiens konkrete hverdag og de udfordringer, der opstår i den. Vi tror på, at udvikling og forandring skabes i relationen – i de situationer, hvor livet leves. Derfor arbejder vi tæt på familierne og omsætter faglige metoder til handling i praksis.

Du bliver en vigtig del af familiens hverdag og får en central rolle i at skabe struktur og udvikling i samspillet i familien.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

Du arbejder tæt i familiens hjem, hvor hverdagen danner rammen for indsatsen. Du kommer til at have behandlende og støttende samtaleforløb med fokus på, at styrke samspil, trivsel og meningsfulde forandringer i familiens hverdag.

Vi søger dig, der:

- er uddannet familiebehandler eller har relevant socialfaglig/pædagogisk erfaring - arbejder nysgerrigt, roligt og relationelt i praksis - er tydelig, anerkendende og god til at skabe tillid i familier - trives i at arbejde tæt på mennesker i deres egen hverdag - kan samarbejde tæt med både familie og professionelle omkring dem - har blik for både struktur og de små skridt i forandring
