ABOUT THE ROLE

Cross Financial is hiring a seasoned Financial Operations Administrator/Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of a growing RIA platform.

This is not a traditional admin role. This is a senior operations position designed for a financial services professional who thrives on ownership, follow-through, and making complex advisory businesses run smoothly—removing friction so advisors and leadership can focus on growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center specifically)

- Compliance coordination with external consultants (ADV filings, annual reviews, regulatory correspondence)

- Client service operations (onboarding, account maintenance, service requests)

- Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management)

- Process documentation and SOP creation

- Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Current (formerly Crete Professionals Alliance) partner firms

QUALIFICATIONS

- Financial services or RIA operations professionals with 5+ years of experience

- Working experience with Charles Schwab platform and Black Diamond portfolio reporting

- Self-directed, highly organized individuals who excel in remote environments

- Strong communicators who can manage client and internal interactions confidently

- Professionals who enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and ensuring execution

- Someone who wants to be indispensable, not interchangeable

STRONGLY PREFERRED

- Tools or Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Advyzon experience

- Client service experience in advisory environments

- Task, workflow, and deadline management expertise

- Exposure to trust and estate planning processes

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.
