We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager with strong inbound international tax and High-Net-Worth (HNW) experience. This individual will manage complex tax engagements, provide cross-border tax planning and advisory services, and serve as a trusted advisor to international individuals, families, and businesses with U.S. tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review complex tax engagements for HNW individuals and inbound international clients.

- Advise foreign individuals, families, and businesses on U.S. tax compliance, planning, and cross-border matters.

- Serve as a primary client contact and build strong, trusted relationships.

- Research and resolve complex international, federal, and multi-state tax issues.

- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

- Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Review tax returns, workpapers, and international filings for accuracy and compliance.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to tax professionals.

- Collaborate with partners on complex international tax matters and client opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.

- CPA required.

- 6+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.

- Inbound international tax experience required.

- HNW individual tax experience required.

- Strong knowledge of cross-border U.S. tax compliance and planning.

- Experience reviewing complex individual and international tax filings.

- Strong client-facing, technical, and communication skills.

- Spanish or Portuguese fluency strongly preferred.

- New Jersey-based candidates preferred.

- Partnership, pass-through, trust, estate, or family office experience is a plus.

- Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
