Die CURRENTA GRUPPE sucht Dich für die Business Unit Energy.

Als Energieanlagenfahrer*in innerhalb unseres Kraftwerks in Leverkusen inkl. der zugeordneten Anlagen in Dormagen und Monheim übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du überwachst, kontrollierst und bedienst unsere Anlagen und Teilanlagen mithilfe prozessleittechnischer Systeme von der Warte aus sowie direkt vor Ort
  • Eigenständig führst du Inspektionen durch und übernimmst bei Bedarf kleinere Wartungsarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Du steuerst An- und Abfahrvorgänge sowohl von der Warte als auch direkt vor Ort und dokumentierst Betriebszustände sowie Abweichungen
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen aus allen Schichten arbeitest du kontinuierlich an einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und -performance
  • Betriebsstörungen und Abweichungen vom bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb erkennst du frühzeitig und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkolleg*innen ein
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant*in, Industriemechaniker*in, Elektriker*in, Kesselwärter*in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Kraftwerker*in
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kraftwerksanlagen ist von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft und uneingeschränkte Fähigkeit zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Wechselschichtsystem (5-Schicht-Modell)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ein gültiges polizeiliches Führungszeugnis ist vorzulegen (kritische Infrastruktur).

Die Stelle ist für 2 Jahre zu besetzen.

Die Gehaltsangabe versteht sich als Jahresgehalt inkl. fixen Zulagen, Urlaubsgeld und Jahresleistung (13. Gehalt). Die Einstiegsvergütung richtet sich nach Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Durch geleistete Schichten kann sich das Entgelt erhöhen. Zusätzlich darfst Du Dich, abhängig von der Erreichung der gemeinsamen Unternehmensziele, über einen Bonus freuen.
