Assembly Supervisor

As an Assembly Supervisor you will supervise assembly and related test activities across assigned programs, products, or field locations. Coordinates work assignments, training, inventory, logistics, tools, and facility support to ensure safe, compliant, and effective assembly operations.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Salary Range: $70,000 - 90,000

Your Challenge

  • Plan, assign, and coordinate assembly and test technician work across assigned programs or locations. (25%)
  • Maintain and coordinate training records, safety plans, ordnance handling, forklift, crane, and related operational requirements. (20%)
  • Manage parts inventory, logistics, shipment coordination, and tool accountability supporting assembly and checkout activities. (20%)
  • Support facility improvement plans, modifications, maintenance, and operational readiness. (15%)
  • Develop team capability through coaching, performance feedback, training, and work direction. (20%)

What You Bring

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Assembly, production, test, or field operations experience.
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of assembly operations, inventory control, logistics, and safety requirements.
  • Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
