Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du unterstützt im Accounting und Controlling, insbesondere bei Buchhaltungsauswertungen, Jahresabschlusserstellung, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Abweichungsanalysen für die Fonds und ihre Portfoliounternehmen.
  • Du prüfst und analysierst die Finanzdaten unserer Portfoliounternehmen und lieferst dem Investmentteam die Erkenntnisse, auf die es ankommt.
  • Bei der Erstellung von Investorenberichten packst Du mit an, von der Fonds-Performance über Kapitalabrufe bis zu Ausschüttungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse, Richtlinien und Systemen und machst unsere Berichterstattung effizienter und präziser, intern wie bei unseren Portfoliounternehmen.
  • Du unterstützt bei regulatorischen Meldungen an lokale und internationale Aufsichtsbehörden.
  • Am jährlichen ESG-Reporting wirkst Du mit, auf Fonds- und Portfolioebene.
  • Im engen Austausch mit dem Management- und Investmentteam bringst Du Dich in Reviews und im laufenden Tagesgeschäft ein.
  • Zusammen mit unserem interdisziplinären Team aus Investment, Finance, Legal, HR und ESG begleitest Du unsere Portfoliounternehmen auf ihrem Wachstumsweg.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen Bachelorabschluss in Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich mit.
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung in einer finanzbezogenen Rolle bringst Du mit, ob im Praktikum oder als Werkstudent, bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, in der Beratung oder einer ähnlichen Branche. Branchenspezifische Kenntnisse aus dem Venture Capital Bereich sind von Vorteil, können aber auch im Rahmen der Einarbeitung vermittelt werden.
  • Finanzberichterstattung und Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze sind Dir vertraut, genauso wie erste Erfahrung mit Finanzanalysen, Modellierung und Forecasting.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend im Austausch mit Teammitgliedern, Portfoliounternehmen und externen Partnern.
  • Digitale Tools sind Dein Ding, von der Microsoft Office Suite, insbesondere Excel, bis zu ersten Berührungspunkten mit künstlicher Intelligenz, Interesse daran ist bei uns ein klares Plus.
  • Fließend sprichst Du Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent runden Dein Profil ab.
