The posting

Voor het inbound project van VodafoneZiggo zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven Klantenservicemedewerkers die energie halen uit klantcontact en het behalen van commerciële resultaten.

Binnen dit project help je klanten telefonisch en via chat met vragen over hun orderstatus, annuleringen en opzeggingen. Jij ziet echter meer dan alleen een servicevraag: jij herkent commerciële kansen en weet deze op een natuurlijke manier om te zetten in een behoud- of salesresultaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klantenservicemedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Jij:

  • Controleert en communiceert de status van bestellingen
  • Verwerkt annuleringen en opzeggingsverzoeken
  • Voert effectieve behoudgesprekken bij opzeggingen
  • Signaleert commerciële kansen tijdens elk klantcontact
  • Biedt passende diensten, upgrades of alternatieve producten aan
  • Werkt met duidelijke maandelijkse KPI’s op het gebied van service, kwaliteit én sales

Je combineert klantvriendelijkheid met commerciële slagkracht.

KPI’s & Bonusstructuur:

Binnen deze functie werk je met maandelijkse KPI’s, waaronder:

  • Salesconversie
  • Behoudpercentage
  • Gesprekskwaliteit
  • Productiviteit

Naast je reguliere KPI-doelstellingen maak je extra kans op een aantrekkelijke salesbonus wanneer je commerciële targets behaalt of overtreft. Goede prestaties worden dus direct beloond.

Samenwerking met Teamleiders

Als Klantenservicemedewerker werk je nauw samen met onze teamleiders. Zij ondersteunen, coachen en begeleiden jou zodat je optimaal kunt presteren op het gebied van service én sales.

Teamleiders monitoren jouw KPI’s, bieden begeleiding bij het behalen van targets, helpen bij lastige klantgesprekken en zorgen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen VodafoneZiggo.

  • Flexibel omgaat met werktijden
  • Proactief, verantwoordelijk en teamgericht is

Beschikbaarheidseisen:

Je bent fulltime (40 - 45 uur per week) beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar binnen onderstaande werktijden.

  • Maandag t/m vrijdag: 03:00u – 16:00u

Functie-eisen

  • Minimaal middelbaar opleidingsniveau
  • Ervaring in commercieel klantcontact en sales (pré)
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels is een pré)
