Ricerchiamo per il nostro ufficio di Genova la figura di Addetto/a alle pratiche doganali con esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruolo analogo, per l’inserimento nei nostri reparti di import ed export.

Di cosa si occuperà il profilo:

  • Compilazione e gestione delle pratiche operative doganali relative al reparto import: Dovrà occuparsi del processo di compilazione e gestione delle pratiche operative doganali per le operazioni di import del cliente, garantendo la conformità con le normative doganali vigenti. Il processo viene gestito attraverso l’utilizzo di sistemi informatici basati sulle più recenti tecnologie.
  • Coordinazione con soggetti esterni: Collaborare con fornitori e spedizionieri per assicurare la corretta preparazione e consegna della documentazione doganale.
  • Monitoraggio delle normative doganali: Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata delle normative doganali nazionali e internazionali per garantire la piena conformità durante il processo di compilazione delle bolle doganali.
  • Risoluzione dei problemi: Risolvere prontamente eventuali problemi o dispute relativi alla documentazione doganale, collaborando con le parti interessate interne ed esterne per trovare soluzioni efficaci.

Requisiti:

  • Requisito essenziale è almeno 1 anno di esperienza su ruolo analogo
  • Conoscenza delle normative doganali nazionali e internazionali.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente con colleghi e fornitori esterni.
  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente e di rispettare le scadenze

Tipologia di inserimento:

Contratto di apprendistato o a tempo indeterminato in base al profilo selezionato.

Per profili al di sotto del requisito minimo di 1 anno di esperienza pregressa, l’inquadramento relativo sarà quello di apprendistato (RAL 20K già riparametrata al primo anno di apprendistato). Per profili al di sopra dell’anno di esperienza, la fascia di RAL indicata (max 35K).

CCNL di riferimento: Logistica, Trasporto merci e spedizione (codice CNEL I100)
