Are you a seasoned project leader who thrives on turning complex customer requirements into successful, on-time go-lives? Customs4trade (C4T) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing, cross-functional Customer Onboarding & Implementation Services team.

At C4T, we're rethinking the way companies handle customs and trade compliance—using cutting-edge technology and an agile mindset. We partner with Fortune 500 companies to streamline their global trade operations, and as a Project Manager, you'll own the journey from initial scoping in the sales cycle all the way through customer go-live.

Our implementations are highly consultative and complex, combining enterprise SaaS delivery with intricate customs and logistics workflows—requiring strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of both technology and cross-border trade to drive real value for our largest customers.

Requirements

🔥 What You'll Own

  • Lead end-to-end implementation delivery, ensuring our large enterprise customers effectively adopt and utilize our customs management software, CAS.
  • Run project kickoffs, check-ins, and alignment sessions that keep customers engaged and on track.
  • Manage data-gathering and requirements sessions, working alongside an implementation consultant or customs expert when needed.
  • Review customer configuration settings in CAS; dependent on project size and complexity.
  • Understand customer needs and drive urgency toward key implementation milestones.
  • Own central planning, maintaining clear, up-to-date project plans across your portfolio.
  • Train customers to get the most out of the C4T platform.
  • Establish yourself as the customer's trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Feed customer insights back internally, helping shape what we build next and identifying customer growth opportunities.

🌟 What makes you a great fit

  • You bring 5+ years of enterprise IT consulting or delivery experience, from a technology consulting firm or B2B SaaS company.
  • You have a proven track record managing complex customer projects end-to-end.
  • You're a strong communicator and presenter in English. Written and verbal—working proficiency in French/Dutch is a plus.
  • You can bridge the gap between technical resources and operational resources.
  • You know how to align stakeholders internally and externally and deal with project escalations
  • You bring high energy and enthusiasm for logistics and Customs—or if that's new territory, the curiosity to dive into an exciting, fast-evolving market.
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple projects without losing sight of the details.
  • You have excellent planning and organizational skills, and know how to keep complex deliveries on track.
  • You work well independently and as part of a team.
  • You're eager to grow—this role is a genuine path toward a Head of Onboarding position as our Implementation Services team scales.
