The posting

Cuyana is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to bring our brand to life through integrated campaigns, product launches and marketing programs that build awareness, engage new audiences and drive business growth.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a marketer with strong consumer instincts and exceptional execution skills. You will manage Cuyana's brand marketing channels (including organic social, influencer and affiliate marketing, PR, events and partnerships) and serve as the central cross-functional lead for bringing campaigns to life across the business.

Working closely with senior marketing leadership and partners across Creative, Product, Ecommerce, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle and Retail, the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing will translate brand and commercial priorities into holistic briefs, coordinated activation plans and measurable results.

We're looking for someone who brings great ideas to the table, thrives on making things happen and can balance the details of day-to-day execution with the bigger picture of building a desirable, distinctive brand.

This hybrid role is open to candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Greater Los Angeles Area. If you are not currently in either area, please share any relocation plans and timing in your cover letter to be considered.

  • Partner with senior marketing leadership and Creative to develop compelling campaign concepts, product stories, creative briefs and activation plans.
  • Own the integrated marketing calendar, managing priorities, timelines, budgets and dependencies to ensure seamless execution across channels.
  • Lead campaign recaps, evaluating performance against objectives and identifying learnings to inform future initiatives.

Brand Channel Management

  • Organic Social & Content: Own organic social programming and execution, partnering with Creative and content creators to develop distinctive content that builds awareness and engagement.
  • Influencer, Creator & Affiliate Marketing: Manage influencer relationships, creator partnerships, gifting and affiliate programs, including ShopMy, from outreach and activation through performance measurement.

  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and execute collaborations and partnerships that introduce Cuyana to new audiences and create meaningful brand moments.
  • Events & Experiential: Lead planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups and community activations, coordinating internal teams and external partners.

Leadership & Reporting

  • People Leadership: Manage and develop a Marketing Coordinator, providing clear priorities, coaching and oversight of day-to-day execution across brand marketing initiatives.
  • Performance & Reporting: Own channel KPIs, budgets and regular reporting across brand marketing programs, using performance insights to optimize activity and inform future investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6–8+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, ideally within fashion, accessories, beauty or premium consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience owning integrated campaigns from concept through execution and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience across organic social, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships and/or events.
  • Strong creative instincts and an ability to develop compelling ideas and brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and drive work forward.
  • Experience managing direct reports and agencies, external partners, budgets and channel performance.
  • Analytical fluency and the ability to translate marketing results into actionable recommendations.
  • Resourceful, proactive and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving organization.
  • A genuine connection to Cuyana's Fewer, Better philosophy.

At Cuyana, we embrace our fewer, better mindset, focusing on things that make a meaningful difference in our work: creating opportunities for our people, for our business and for women's lives - through our Core Values.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
