  • Komandas vadību un attīstību: vadīt, mentorēt un plānot komandas ikdienas slodzi, veidojot spēcīgu un efektīvu profesionāļu vidi.
  • Procesu izstrādi un pilnveidi: izstrādāt un nepārtraukti uzlabot darba procesus. Nodrošināt servisa kvalitāti, reakcijas laikus un pieteikumu izpildi atbilstoši definētajiem standartiem un SLA rādītājiem.
  • Finanšu un datu analīzi: pārvaldīt komandas budžetu, analizēt rentabilitāti, apgrozījumu un pieņemt datos balstītus lēmumus.
  • Klientu attiecības un sadarbības: risināt kompleksas un stresa situācijas, nodrošināt komerciālo interešu aizstāvību un sadarbību ar citām nodaļam.
  • Pieredzi vadībā un IT/B2B nozarē: vismaz 3 gadu veiksmīgu pieredzi vadītāja amātā IT, ERP vai biznesa konsultāciju / B2B pakalpojumu jomā.
  • Procesu pārvaldību un izstrādi: praktisku pieredzi darba procesu arhitektūras izstrādē, aprakstīšanā, ieviešanā un nepārtrauktā optimizācijā.
  • Izpratni par IT un ERP sistēmām: izpratni par ERP sistēmu arhitektūru un to ietekmi uz biznesa procesiem (finanses, loģistika, grāmatvedība u.c.), kā arī pieredzi uzdevumu vadības sistēmu izmantošanā (piem., ClickUp, Jira vai analoģiskās).
  • Līderību un komandas attīstību: izcilas komunikācijas un empātijas prasmes, spēju motivēt profesionāļu komandu, veicināt kompetenču augšanu un novērst darbinieku izdegšanas riskus.
  • Analītisko un stratēģisko domāšanu: spēju strādāt ar liela apjoma informāciju un finanšu rādītājiem (budžets, rentabilitāte, KPI/SLA), prasmi patstāvīgi pieņemt lēmumus un noteikt prioritātes biznesa mērķu sasniegšanai.
  • Izglītību un valodu zināšanas: augstāko izglītību (IT, ekonomikas, finanšu vai uzņēmējdarbības vadībā) un teicamas latviešu valodas zināšanas.
