  • Vadīt AG13 Interiors GmbH būvniecības projektus Eiropā no projekta uzsākšanas līdz darbu nodošanai.
  • Plānot un koordinēt darbinieku un apakšuzņēmēju darbu objektā.
  • Strādāt ar projekta rasējumiem, tehnisko dokumentāciju un AutoCAD.
  • Sekot projekta grafikam, termiņiem, izmaksām un darbu kvalitātei.
  • Koordinēt nepieciešamos materiālus, instrumentus un aprīkojumu.
  • Uzturēt regulāru komunikāciju ar klientu un projekta vadības komandu.
  • Piedalīties projekta un būvniecības sapulcēs.
  • Sagatavot projekta progresa atskaites un nepieciešamo dokumentāciju.
  • Kontrolēt darba drošības prasību ievērošanu objektā.
  • Operatīvi risināt problēmas un identificēt iespējamos projekta riskus.
  • Pieredze projektu vadībā būvniecības nozarē.
  • Pieredze darbā starptautiskos / ārvalstu būvniecības projektos.
  • Praktiska izpratne par būvniecības procesiem, darbu secību un tehnisko dokumentāciju.
  • AutoCAD lietošanas prasmes un spēja strādāt ar tehniskajiem rasējumiem.
  • Pieredze darbā ar projektu vadības un būvniecības projektu sistēmām.
  • Teicamas angļu valodas zināšanas mutiski un rakstiski (saziņai ar ārvalstu klientiem).
  • Spēja vadīt komandu, plānot darbus un kontrolēt projekta izpildi.
  • Spēja profesionāli komunicēt ar klientiem, ģenerāluzņēmējiem un apakšuzņēmējiem.
  • Labas plānošanas, organizatoriskās un problēmu risināšanas prasmes.
  • Izpratne par darba drošības prasībām būvniecības objektos.
  • Gatavība regulāri doties komandējumos un strādāt projektos Eiropā.
